I feel that we need to meet at 11am in order to get organized and on a train.
I need a general decision so we can settle it and let everyone know.

11am would be good, i say we ride to frankston and train back to city though?
chill cats,,we will make it back either time,11 or 12.
11 or 12 work for me... i think itll take about 3.5hrs so if we meet at 12 we need to be on a train by 12:30 or so to give us some breathing space.
maybe split the diff and meet at 11:30, first train after 12?
luke: wind is forecast to be a south-easterly. that means itll be a tailwind coming back into the city. better than a headwind heading out.
trains leave melb central @ 11:50, 12:10, 12:30, 12:50.
train ride takes 1hr8min
maybe aim for 11:50, but with 12:10 as back up?
11.30 sounds like a happy medium,nice work with the timetable nick.
